the grass has not been mowed in weeks, at least 10-12 inches high.
the grass has not been mowed in weeks, at least 10-12 inches high.
Neighbor has received warnings about yard these past few weeks, but has still not dealt with excessive growth.
Yard not mowed for a long time
Occupants said they don't own home and have no obligation to mow, maintain, upkeep, etc. Verified through GIS/Elevate they are owners of record since 2014. Yard has not been cut in 2020. Can't remember last time trees were trimmed. Debris stacked in front yard. Animals (foxes?) living under back deck. Home looks abandoned and is neighborhood eyesore. This same thing happens every year. Responsible homeowners are being penalized for having irresponsible (lazy?) neighbors.
Way overgrown lawn that is over a foot high. Have reported two weeks ago and still nothing done. Why is the city not doing more than just issuing citations? This neighbor blatantly has no regard for the law nor the neighborhood.
Yard is in need of cutting. Weeds growing up west side of house. Recurring problem.
Correction to case#172637. That address should be 1209, not 1202.
Yard extremely overgrown again. This property legally qualifies as a nuisance property. The owners should be informed they are subject to lawsuit.
Vacant lot on corner of W. 12th and Lindbergh is still massively overgrown and only getting worse.
10th and college, NE corner, excessive growth, in front of drug store
