Grass has not been mowed yet this year by owners of Forest Ridge Apartments on S Basswood Drive, Bloomington, IN. It is over a foot tall in spots.
They need to mow yard. It makes the neighborhood look bad. There is an old couch in the yard...been there several months. They have rabbits that keep getting out and lost. They have 3 or 4 dogs, 2cats and chickens. Birds are in the house. This place is nasty and too many animals. There is a two story structure not finished. There is a greenhouse that restricts view for traffic at the stop sign on the south side. Trash all over driveway. A neighbor told me that they walked by the house and door was open and it stunk. There are maybe three children there.
Property has accumulated large amounts of cut tree and trash creating an unsanitary area. Snakes, mice (rats), and other animals have been seen and is attracting cats and other neighborhood animals. A child has been bitten by a garden snake playing in the area. It is not clear if the house has been abandoned or owned by a bank, however it is not being maintained.
