I am co-president of Matlock Heights Neighborhood Association. We are an historic district and our outstanding designated Sullivan home built in 1850 was recently purchased 4/7/21 by LLC Palm Springs, FL. The grass is now 7-14” high and branch was down in road but we moved to the yard. Presently no one is living there to discuss the situation. Mrs Sullivan lived there 50 yrs and property was always well cared for. We are very concerned that no one is taking care of this historic home & property. We ask your assistance!! Grass not cut. Trash thrown in yard and left there (paper, cardboard, broken furniture items) trash can overflowing in driveway (always). Their chickens running around in neighbors' yards.

This is the 2nd time I have reported this house. This house still does not mow the grass and they still throw trash in front yard. By trash I mean broken plastic boxes, broken furniture. Back yard has never been mowed I do not believe. They obviously don't understand how to live in a house in a neighborhood or dispose of items correctly.

I noticed bamboo at this street address yesterday and while walking this after noon on the upper road of E Blue Ridge Dr it was very visible - I’m presuming it may be just the one parcel on N Dunn but, potentially more.

Rather than pictures I have videos of the property I am renting from Parker Real Estate Management. They have not complied with their end of my lease and I currently have poison ivy and poison oak growing in my yard. I’ve contacted them about the issue and there has been no movement on correcting it. Would really appreciate if an inspector came by as there is also mold growing in the gutters and overall upkeep of the house is concerning. Thank you.
