Grass needs cutting
Grass needs cutting
Property is so overgrown with invasive, noxious plants along alley that a tree is now leaning and is in contact with electric service wires. Also, utility pole on SE corner of lot has vines growing up near the transformer and just a few feet away from high voltage distribution lines. Property owner has let the entire property degrade so that what was once a good example of 1890s architecture is now a hovel/shack that is an embarrassment for the entire neighborhood.
Yard is in need of cutting. Weeds growing up west side of house. Recurring problem.
Invasive Japanese knotweed growing on west side of house and south side of property along alley.
Lawn needs cutting - again...
Lawn *still* needs cutting. See case #183513.
How long do people have to respond to complaints before another one can be filed and another fine issued? Specifically, see #183513. Grass keeps getting longer...
Yard needs cutting (a recurring problem with this property) and it has also become a forest of invasive, noxious plants (tree of heaven) that are growing up through the floor planks of the porch.
Again, she has let the grass grow too long. Does HAND actually issue fines? If so, I hope you give her the maximum this time. Money is the only thing she understands...
Reference: Case #185516. Nine days have passed, problem still exists. Can an additional fine be issued at this point? Or was there no fine issued the first time?
