The weeds at this address are taller than people. You can't walk down the sidewalk in the area because its so overgrown. The yard has been overgrown for at least five years now and it appears to be an ongoing issue. Had an individual call the Mayors office the past two days concerned about the excessive growth located near Westplex and 3rd South, west corner. Wanted me to reopen his prior uReport with the number 189088, but am not able to so I am filing a new one. He said that he has also seen homeless individuals in this area.
