continued , the medians in the middle of sare road when they mow they leave grass in the road. they never blow the grass away.

Front yard is about a foot tall and was not mowed last summer. The back yard is a bamboo jungle with stalks 30-40 feet tall. The neighbors complain about more insects and snakes since this home has neglected its upkeep.
