Adding a photo to the report I made yesterday, #183806. I've knocked on the door a couple times to connect with my new neighbors (house bought this past fall) before making this report but there is never anyone home.
Lawn in the front is completely overgrown, grass exceeds knee height.
Excessive growth is hiding the stop sign on High st and Southdowns. the growth also makes it very difficult to see southbound traffic on High Street from Southdowns. It is also an invasive species (Asian bush honeysuckle).
Grass hasn't been cut for weeks. Growing over 1.5 feet now.
There has been debris from a taken-down tree in the front of the yard for over six months.
Lawn has not been mowed in weeks. It's currently over 2 feet tall.
Empty lot South of 2504 S. Madison has grass 3 feet tall. This is the second time I've had to report this already this year. Owners CONSTANTLY ignore their property and it looks abandoned 90% of the time.
Excessive overgrowth of plants in mulch beds. There is no room to walk down the sidewalk making this a hazard for anyone handicap.this has been an ongoing issue and was supposed to be resolved the last time a report was issued.
Constant problems with this deadbeat landlord. Grass hasn't been mowed.
