Adding a photo to the report I made yesterday, #183806. I've knocked on the door a couple times to connect with my new neighbors (house bought this past fall) before making this report but there is never anyone home.

What does it mean when a HAND report says "Will monitor"? Specifically, how long does the office wait until an actual fine is assessed? For example, see case #183713. Parker will not keep the lawns cut unless someone pesters them about it.
Grass is way too tall.
House was recently demolished, but there is still yard remaining (both private and City right-of-way) that needs to be mowed. Grass is very long, but landlord needs some "nudging" to get him to maintain the property. Perhaps a large fine would encourage him to be a better steward of the properties he owns (?)
Excessive growth is hiding the stop sign on High st and Southdowns. the growth also makes it very difficult to see southbound traffic on High Street from Southdowns. It is also an invasive species (Asian bush honeysuckle).
Tall grass needs cut south Madison street
Lawn in the front is completely overgrown, grass exceeds knee height.
Over growth of vegetation. Has not been tended for several years and No one is doing anything.
New owner at 3313 S Forrester Street has not mowed since purchasing over a month ago. Yard is excessively high. House is vacant.
