I am co-president of Matlock Heights Neighborhood Association. We are an historic district and our outstanding designated Sullivan home built in 1850 was recently purchased 4/7/21 by LLC Palm Springs, FL. The grass is now 7-14” high and branch was down in road but we moved to the yard. Presently no one is living there to discuss the situation. Mrs Sullivan lived there 50 yrs and property was always well cared for. We are very concerned that no one is taking care of this historic home & property. We ask your assistance!! Home owner has excessive growth in back yard. Home owner also has two untreated, unfiltered, and un-serviced pits in the back yard that fill with rain water and are left standing. This is a rental property. There is a large tree in the front yard that looms over surrounding properties and drops branches, leaves, and debris. Causes damage to surrounded roofs, guttering, and vehicles.

The fruitless pear on the land between the sidewalk and street could use pruning. It is located to the left of our driveway when looking at our house. It's got some thick branches that could cause the tree trunk to split. We did not plant this tree.
