210 N Smith yard cluttered with trash and other items
The vacant lot at 2903 W Third Street is not well-kept and contains overgrowth, weeds, a decaying dumpster enclosure, litter, and is a generally unsightly property. I feel it is hurting the appeal of local businesses, escpecially the AMC theatre which is directly next to it.
Heading towards Eagleson, at the corners of University and Highland, and University and Eagleson: trees/shrubs on the left are blocking the view. Especially on University and Highland the 2 trees in the corner yard make it very hard to see any traffic coming from the left.
Bamboo. Looks like it is under the wires the length of the block behind the houses
504 N. Smith Road, yard needs cleaned up again with trash and debris and hoarding tendencies on grass and beyond out front.
New owners are not cutting their grass
3852 E Regents Circle- new owners are not cutting grass
3891 E Regents Circle- especially backyard off alley. Uncut grass. Front yard tall weeds
New owner at 3313 S Forrester Street has not mowed since purchasing over a month ago. Yard is excessively high. House is vacant.
