Weeds growing over sidewalk making it impossible to walk on sidewalk along High St
Overgrowth from backyard of property it’s causing cars to veer away and end up on my property to pass through the alley.
1301 Woodhill... lawn grass over 8 inches in height, weeds at front entrance in excess of 3 feet in height, weeds beside driveway in excess of 3 feet in height, trash laying driveway, junk car in driveway.
805 S West Pointe Court... front lawn overgrown in excess of 8 inches; back yard overgrown in excess if 12+ inches. Front door to house standing open
yard at 811 S Larkspur has not been mowed this season... grass exceeding 8 inches
The property of 1208 S Woodlawn Ave contains Japanese Knotweed. Japanese Knotweed is a city-listed nuisance weed, and in the case of this property the growth is well over 8 inches (more like 5-10 feet) and is visibly spreading into adjacent properties to the west and north by rhizome. The Japanese Knotweed is also visibly growing into that house's siding and foundation. This is likely a rental house situation where the landlord is neglecting the landscaping.
I live at 918 w 2nd street and I can’t see to get out of my driveway safety due to the weeds blocking my view. I’ve almost been hot several time and several family members. Thank you for getting the weeds taken care of at the first house but unfortunately the next house is also blocking my view.
There appears to be a massive area of the near backyard of this home that is viewable from the street and potentially being shared to the yard east of this property and undoubtedly more of the golden bamboo.
I noticed the property edge of this 2nd home S of Covenanter Dr has golden bamboo below a utility service line near the next neighbors yard.
This property has vegetation overgrowth over the W. 3rd St. side and the Walker side of the property every year this is a problem every year it’s reported does the property owner not have a continued responsibility to maintain these walkways and site lines to the stop sign at Walker and third?
