I am co-president of Matlock Heights Neighborhood Association. We are an historic district and our outstanding designated Sullivan home built in 1850 was recently purchased 4/7/21 by LLC Palm Springs, FL. The grass is now 7-14” high and branch was down in road but we moved to the yard. Presently no one is living there to discuss the situation. Mrs Sullivan lived there 50 yrs and property was always well cared for. We are very concerned that no one is taking care of this historic home & property. We ask your assistance!! Trees and shrubs on the east side of the property are overgrown and impeding walking on the sidewalks.

Property manager does not maintain sidewalk clearance. Passersby have removed obstructive invasive branches which remain piled in the yard. The tree in the photo has multiple invasive weeds that need to be removed as well as the tree trimmed back from the sidewalk. There is another tree north of this location that is in similar condition. I personally brought this to the attention of the property manager with no response. Hence turning to uReport. Thanks.

Grass is about a foot tall and the trees on the east side of the property need trimming as you no longer can walk on the sidewalk as the branches hit you in the face.

Grass not cut. Trash thrown in yard and left there (paper, cardboard, broken furniture items) trash can overflowing in driveway (always). Their chickens running around in neighbors' yards.
