Citizen brought in pictures & filed complaint regarding scattered trash & overgrowth of weeds at this property. backyard is overgrown and he has seen rats. Gave permission for us to enter his property so we can look at the backyard of the neighboring property. Would like inspector to call him. He would also like to have his pictures returned.
