The dumpster next to the alley on the south side of this property is overflowing again and has the alley partially blocked. This is an on-going problem.

There is a Kudzu vine growing along the east property line up into the maple tree. It has already killed some of the vegetation along the fence.
There is a Kudzu vine growing along the west property line of this and 125 1/2. It is starting to cover the roof of 125 1/2 E. 10th
There is a Kudzu vine growing the north and west property line. It is already killing other vegetation and has grown onto two other properties.
Mrs. Keys called to voice concern about the tax money citizens pay for students to have large items picked up. I explained to her our trash/sanitation system. She primarily called to complain about a large amount of weeds at 1001 E. 1st, and also weeds in the surrounding area that she thinks need to be removed. (No other specific addresses were given.)
Over grown weeds/grass on Lot 66 W. 12th St. Berm & Hillside Area. This complaint was taken by C. Jack verbally.

Several bags of trash laying in the yard and tree plot. House appears vacant.
Walk along north side of Rogers Road--poison ivy hanging over sidewalk. The Woodlands. City does bridge & west to High --Penny.
Sanitation continues to find that Cha-Cha is disposing of their trash in the public green barrels. Says this happens 2 or 3 times a week, fills the barrels and makes it impossible for pedestrians to use them, so trash winds up on the street. Piece of Cha Cha mail is attached.
