This neighbor consistently refuses to mow his lawn each year and will only mow it once in August. His weeds have now gotten well above 8 inches and are becoming a mosquito den. Thank you for the help.
Neighbor has received warnings about yard these past few weeks, but has still not dealt with excessive growth.

Excessive growth
1011 W. Howe St. North/South Alleyway on east side of property. And east west alleyway just behind.
The front yard is VERY overgrown. The backyard is HORRENDOUS.
There is a vacant lot next to my home at 1015 E. Keri Marie Lane, that has a great deal of overgrowth all along my property line. The attached photo is one example where the growth overextends my fence and is creeping into my own vegetation. Please eradicate this overgrowth. Yard is overgrown, never mowed, about to engulf house.
Excessive growth onto the sidewalk, not able to pass and stay on the sidewalk. This spot is the northwest side of the lot, same problem on northeast side.
Overgrown in front and backyard. House looks abandoned.
