The weeds at this address are taller than people. You can't walk down the sidewalk in the area because its so overgrown. The yard has been overgrown for at least five years now and it appears to be an ongoing issue. The overgrown yard is also creating safety hazards, such as blocking sidewalks, obstructing visibility for drivers, and attracting pests, including rats and raccoons. overgrown yard might be violating.
