Accumulation of trash
See the picture. Property maintenance has not been performed since before the big storm. Callery pear in from yard has split and needs to be removed as well as needing a mowing..
Grass is over 12 inches tall.
Not sure of address - might be both houses - but the shrubs on the north side of the properties here have grown large by the sidewalk and make it difficult to navigate without stepping to the side and walking on the grass. Definitely not ADA compliant at present.
Plant growth hangs over the street making the intersection dangerous. When trying to look right before proceeding at the stop sign to turn on W 6th St from Kirkwood Ave, you cannot see any traffic due to overgrowth of plants
trash piled on the south porch
Bamboo is unmaintained and out of control. It is also spreading to neighboring yards.
Large pile of trash bags at the NW corner of the house.
In the back yard on 5th street is a grove of invasive species of Asian Honeysuckle and White mulberry. All plants are several feet tall. I contacted the property management company several months ago and they have not responded. This property is owned by an out of town company.
Vine hanging into street from tree.
