Overgrown grasses in tree plot blinking sidewalk passage. Also tree branch blocking sidewalk on other side of driveway

Trash can on sidewalk for weeks. Grass completely overgrown.

Please correct me if I am wrong, when the sidewalk and utilities were placed on the outside of the west wall of the Covenanter Cemetery, the city was to take care of that area. It is a jungled mess. I am happy to spray the area and get rid of all the icy and other miscellaneous “greenery” but would like to know if that is our responsibility first. Thank you
