New grass and tress were planted all along the new bike path last year (along E Rogers Rd behind Winding Brook Ct). There has been no maintenance of this areas since last year and now the grass and greenspace is completely overgrown with weeds. Excellent work in repairing the bike path and walkway, but ongoing maintenance plan for the green space adjacent to the path is needed.

Home owner has excessive growth in back yard. Home owner also has two untreated, unfiltered, and un-serviced pits in the back yard that fill with rain water and are left standing. There is a vacant lot south of the home at 2504 S. Madison which has grass growing OVER 3 FEET TALL(which is 4 times longer than the city limit of 8 inches). Not sure who owns the lot but they clearly haven't done any maintenance this season, or for quite some time longer than that.

Between 2504 and 2508 there is an empty lot. Owners of said lot don't live in this neighborhood and CONSISTENTLY ignore their grass overgrowth. Its already 3 feet tall, and they did the same thing the past two years. Its a rodent and insect haven overgrown and I am tired of them NOT TAKING CARE OF THEIR PROPERTY.
