Grass is too long - AGAIN. Every summer this property is neglected. It is an eyesore.

Grass too long. City says they will "monitor", but they do not say what it means to "monitor". The yard looks terrible and every summer it gets this way, The property owner needs to be told to maintain the appearance of the property.

How long do people have to respond to complaints before another one can be filed and another fine issued? Specifically, see #183513. Grass keeps getting longer...
Yard needs cutting (a recurring problem with this property) and it has also become a forest of invasive, noxious plants (tree of heaven) that are growing up through the floor planks of the porch.
Again, she has let the grass grow too long. Does HAND actually issue fines? If so, I hope you give her the maximum this time. Money is the only thing she understands...
Reference: Case #185516. Nine days have passed, problem still exists. Can an additional fine be issued at this point? Or was there no fine issued the first time?
