517 West Wylie. Excessive overgrowth which blocks traffic control sign and interference with visibility while exiting an alleyway. Bloomington Municipal code limits growth to 8 inches. This property has been a disgrace to the McDoel Gardens Historic neighborhood for over a year. It's atmosphere is very objectionable. Please help.

Please contact the owners to resolve this problem. This abandoned-looking property is a security risk in addition to being an eyesore for the neighborhood.
