Excessive overgrowth of plants in mulch beds. There is no room to walk down the sidewalk making this a hazard for anyone handicap.this has been an ongoing issue and was supposed to be resolved the last time a report was issued.
Home owner has excessive growth in back yard. Home owner also has two untreated, unfiltered, and un-serviced pits in the back yard that fill with rain water and are left standing. The grass is taller than a foot. It has not been mowed all year. This happens every year.
Oakdale Square has significantly cut back on maintenance activities, including lawncare, although they have continued to raise rates. Current grass height exceeds 8 inches, even 12 inches, in many locations and encumbers quiet enjoyment of lawns and common areas. Leasing office is aware, but they have reduced the frequency of regular lawncare.
Front yard is about a foot tall and was not mowed last summer. The back yard is a bamboo jungle with stalks 30-40 feet tall. The neighbors complain about more insects and snakes since this home has neglected its upkeep.
