It appears that golden bamboo is growing on the sides of this driveway and back from W Parrish Rd

I have complained 50 times in the last ten years about my neighbor overgrown yard especially the bamboo which I have to cut back every month or risk it taking over my yard , and in those ten years only one time has the city done anything . The owner was issued a warning in August I believe but she still hasn’t cut down the bamboo or the extreme overgrowth on our property line wich hangs over onto my roof. Trees and shrubs on the east side of the property are overgrown and impeding walking on the sidewalks.

Grass is about a foot tall and the trees on the east side of the property need trimming as you no longer can walk on the sidewalk as the branches hit you in the face.
