out on west 3rd street at the intersection of 3rd & yancy, there's a vacant business building, & the yard hasn't been mowed yet this year. i think it used to be "B&L communications". as i walk by the front on the public sidewalk, the weeds are up to my waist. one time recently after dark, i could tell there was an animal scurrying around in there, but i couldn't see what it was since it was hidden. felt scary to walk by there, but i have to because of my situation with where i live & work.

Re case # 164723 (Supposedly resoled) Grass has been cut. Absolutely correct. But how about the E First sidewalk towards Rose? I do not see any improvement there. Low-hanging branches hitting me in the face and arms. Also, another problem has arisen: corner of Eastside and E First: long vegetation is starting to impair the view to the left where cars may be coming out of nothing from E First. Cases Locations Report a problem closed: Resolved #164723 Excessive Growth: Other: E First Street: Vegetation encroaching on the sidewalk between Rose and Eastside Drive. Doesn't appear the grass is getting mowed alongside E. 3rd in front of the Jewish community center between the street and sidewalk. Can you please request this be mowed? Thank you. Also there is some smattering of trash around there and a bit further east.
