See the picture. Property maintenance has not been performed since before the big storm. Callery pear in from yard has split and needs to be removed as well as needing a mowing..
Property is on SE corner of N Bryan and 7th St. The traffic calming bump out on the 7th street side is overgrown with Johnson grass and has been for months. A look at google street view shows it was overgrown in July of last year, showing this is a chronic issue at this location.
In the back yard on 5th street is a grove of invasive species of Asian Honeysuckle and White mulberry. All plants are several feet tall. I contacted the property management company several months ago and they have not responded. This property is owned by an out of town company.
Massively overgrown lot next to the former Sahara Mart.
Property manager does not maintain sidewalk clearance. Passersby have removed obstructive invasive branches which remain piled in the yard. The tree in the photo has multiple invasive weeds that need to be removed as well as the tree trimmed back from the sidewalk. There is another tree north of this location that is in similar condition. I personally brought this to the attention of the property manager with no response. Hence turning to uReport. Thanks.
Hillsdale Ct/Drive - Invasives in ROW near stop sign. • White mulberry (Morus alba) • Rose of Sharon • Sweet autumn clematis & Asian bush honeysuckle (Lonicera maacki) attacking an otherwise healthy silver maple.
Vegetation is at least five feet high next to the driveway and is in the street. There are thorns which scratches our cars when we drive by.
Thorny vines growing over the edge of the road across the frontage of this property. General upkeep of property is non-existent.
