New grass and tress were planted all along the new bike path last year (along E Rogers Rd behind Winding Brook Ct). There has been no maintenance of this areas since last year and now the grass and greenspace is completely overgrown with weeds. Excellent work in repairing the bike path and walkway, but ongoing maintenance plan for the green space adjacent to the path is needed.

Home owner has excessive growth in back yard. Home owner also has two untreated, unfiltered, and un-serviced pits in the back yard that fill with rain water and are left standing. The fruitless pear on the land between the sidewalk and street could use pruning. It is located to the left of our driveway when looking at our house. It's got some thick branches that could cause the tree trunk to split. We did not plant this tree.
