Hello, I am currently trying to sell my house at 1221 W. 6th Street. Potential buyer feedback has been overwhelmingly positive however several people have decided not to buy my house because of the condition of the neighboring property to the east. That particular house is abandoned and derelict. Are you able to take any action that would remedy this plight or if this is simply a civil matter please let me know what steps I should take to address the problem myself. The sidewalk on the west side of Pete Ellis Dr next to the IU Campus farm (between John Hinkle Pl and E Amy Ln) is overgrown with plants and is impassible without walking on the grass. It has been like this for a long time.
