Ticket 176182. Going on a month for a reply and trying to figure out how to reply to your questions. Our house is on corner of Smith road and Stonegate Drive. The tree is too large for where it was planted on the City Easement. The roots are tearing up yard. The lot just west of the B Line parking lot on W Country Club Dr lets the grass grow without ever mowing it. It's not developed so I can understand why they don't want to mow it, but it is a very busy street and is extremely difficult to see vehicles approaching from the west when exiting if the grass has grown long, as it currently is. Can they be required to follow the grass length restrictions please.
