This house hasn’t cut their grass since new people moved in. Excessive weed growth has resulted.
When trying to make a turn from Orris Dr onto W. 11th St, the excessive growth from this home obscures the view enough to where a driver has to stick the nose of his/her car all the way out on 11th to be able to see if the way is clear. Obviously, this is dangerous. It could cause an accident with cars, schools busses running to and from Tri-North, or any pedestrian walking down the sidewalk - which, in and of itself, is obscured.
Yard has not been mowed all summer, resulting in extreme growth on property. Fosters snakes and animals that could pose a threat to children in the neighborhood.
The residence at 1000 W 11th has allowed their grass to grow to serious excessive length, we’ll beyond city code.
