It is impossible to continue to walk on E. Second just past the wooden foot bridge, going towards the intersection of High and Second, because of these branches. This may not be the exact address but close. A neighbor on E. Poplar Ct. has been piling up yard waste (branches) in the city easement just east on E. Rogers.
The roof still has a tarp on it, weeds in the yard are at least a foot high, the property has not been occupied or maintained for 3 years or so. DORIS SENT THIS TO ME. FOLLOW UP WITH HER.
