Apparently the bank has taken possession of the property and house at 305 W Coolidge Dr. The tenant moved out weeks ago, and the property has not been mowed since. I do not know who the current owner is, and maybe they do not know the property is in need of maintenance, but it is in need of mowing at the least.
"There is a house in my neighborhood that possibly has been abandoned. This past Friday a tree fell in their front yard and into the street and it wasn't until another resident contacted the city that the part that was in the street was removed. The yard is an overgrown mess in my opinion but don't know at what point it's considered a code violation. This may not be the exact address but close. A neighbor on E. Poplar Ct. has been piling up yard waste (branches) in the city easement just east on E. Rogers.
