It is impossible to continue to walk on E. Second just past the wooden foot bridge, going towards the intersection of High and Second, because of these branches. The roof still has a tarp on it, weeds in the yard are at least a foot high, the property has not been occupied or maintained for 3 years or so. DORIS SENT THIS TO ME. FOLLOW UP WITH HER.
