the houses on the north side of the 400 block of west 4th are looking run down and a mess. the yards look unkept, there is litter in the front and back yards and there is overgrowth on the sidewalk. the sidewalk south of Owens Electric is nothing more than a cow path.
Yard needs cut.
Location is approximate, there is a "huge pile of junk" in the alley behind this block (former Beauty College) which has been there for about a month.

Recyclables left at curb. This is the 2nd house N of 4th on Jefferson....big front yard w/driveway off of 4th.
Brush pile
Lots of trash at rear of the house including 3 water heaters in the yard.
Weeds and overgrowth
There is trash and glass everywhere outside the Town and Country Apartment complex. The tenant in Apt. D44 is afraid that her dog will cut its foot
(TAKEN BY JR) OWNED BY HTRC- HAS CALLED AGENT REGARDING TRASH BOTTLES IN ALLEY. HE CLAIMS TRASH ALONG STREET BY POWER STATION IS OUT ON DUNN/INDIANA , CLAIMS IT IS DUE TO RECYCLING. NOT SURE IF IT IS 1200 OR 1202 N. WALNUT.
