Residents tear trash stickers in half and stick on the trash. Sanitation doesn't pick up their trash, so there sits 4 cans and 3 bags of trash.

There is trash that has been sitting out since Moday (trash day), but apparently there are no stickers on the bags.
Trash still out sitting out with no stickers. Sanitation didn't pick up Monday, because trash was not tagged.
Overgrown on sidewalks on the south side of the 500 block of E. 8th St.
Trash can has been left sitting in front of the house since July or August. Now it is overflowing and fell over; trash everywhere.
Over-growth on the sidewalk.
This is the property that was formally the Downtown Motel and Uncle E's at the corner of 9th & Morton Street. The grass is very high and unsightly.
