The family that used to own it is in Ohio. The real Estate agency has been contacted and they will not do anything about it. The neighborhood of Elm Heights is a mess. At the intersection of University and Park, the weeds and bushes cover sidewalks on both sides of the streets. Along Park, bushes cover sidewalk on both sides. Also, the NE corner of Park and 2nd St. the bushes cover the sidewalks.
