This citezens neighbor has weeds and grass over a foot tall. They have had problems getting these neighbors to mow their lawn in the past . Every year they have to call and complain about the grass to get it mowed. The owner with the tall grass is Masrim Aslami. This property is the only vacant lot in this culdasack. The complaintant is not sure what the exact address is.
