THERE IS A LARGE CONSTRUCTION DUMPSTER IN THE SIDE YARD OF THE PROPERTY. IT FACES 1ST STREET. THE TRASH IS NOT OVERFLOWING HOWEVER, THE TRASH IN IT IS HAS BEEN THERE SINCE LAST SUMMER.
