Weeds and grass not mowed behind property in the 2 foot strip owned by the warehouse, which they were to maintain. This warehouse extends from Grimes to Hillside Drive. Owners have not mowed entire length of warehouse. GIS shows warehouse (2'x885' strip of land) owned by Crosley Bldg. Corp., 209 N. Main St. Ste. 2B, Lima, OH 45801.
Poison ivy growing behind the house, next to the alley on the north side of the property; burdock growing close to the back door; poke growing near the garage. The garage is leaning and has holes in the siding allowing animals to enter.

Trash bags are allowed to sit permanently in the front yard, there is trash in the back yard, and usually at least three bags of beer and whiskey bottles.
Trash has been left out for several days with no tags.
The yard is overgrown and the bushes and weeds are blocking the sidewalk and making it difficult to see to turn onto the street from that ally.
There is trash built up behind the house, there is stinky dogs, and green bugs flying everywhere.
