Hedges are so high it is dangerous pulling out
weeds overgrown and causing great difficulty pulling out of Davis
Poison ivy growing behind the house, next to the alley on the north side of the property; burdock growing close to the back door; poke growing near the garage. The garage is leaning and has holes in the siding allowing animals to enter.
Weeds and grass not mowed behind property in the 2 foot strip owned by the warehouse, which they were to maintain. This warehouse extends from Grimes to Hillside Drive. Owners have not mowed entire length of warehouse. GIS shows warehouse (2'x885' strip of land) owned by Crosley Bldg. Corp., 209 N. Main St. Ste. 2B, Lima, OH 45801.
ENTIRE BLOCK FROM OLD RCA PROPERTY TO RAILROAD TRACKS HAS WEEDS 14" HIGH ON SIDEWALK..IN PARKING LOT AND WHERE BUD'S RESTAURANT USED TO BE HAVE HIGH WEEDS.
Residents have approx. 10 bags of trash piled by the back door. Birds are pecking at the bags and now trash is blowing.
Back yard has not been mowed all year.
There were two cans of trash put out on Sunday. The regular trash day is on Friday. The complaintant says that they do this all of the time.
Vacant lot not being kept mowed.
