There is a split tree on this corner, from the last big storm. Half the tree is on the roof of the home at the southwest corner of Grimes & Stull, and the other half is still standing, although precariously. The home appears to be unoccupied. The limbs are obscuring the view of traffic.
The grass is unmowed at this apartment building, next door to complaintant.
The grass and weeds at this address are extremely high!
There are weeds and bushes now growing over the sidewalk. Complaintant cannot get his wheel chair down the street now. Property also has very tall grass.
Tenant moved out 10 days ago and left lots of trash in the alley behind 1211 S. Walnut St. or next to 1209 S. Walnut St. SMELLS BAD.
Residents always sit trash out several days before Sanitation picks up the trash; meanwhile animals tear the bags open.
The back yard has not been mowed all year.
Grass and weeds need cut in the alley behind 1005 S. Grant and 1006 S. Palmer and 1012 S. Palmer Ave.
There is trash in the yard. Trees are growing up next to the house. Yard trim needs to be done.
