Trash piled in front of the garage and by walkway for at least 2 weeks.

Tenants moved out and left a pile of trash close to the driveway.
The pine tree in the front yard at the above address in hanging over the sidewalk preventing people from walking on this portion of sidewalk. People have to almost walk out into the street to get around the over hang.
The grass is too high. The caller thinks this is the City's property - It is to the west of 1525 W. 7th.
Ms. Figg said that 614 N. Summit (vacant lot) is owned by the City??? and has overgrown grass and trees. Tree limbs are falling into the neighbors yards. She also said that there are snakes at this location. (Barry you should check with Penny about who owns this lot)
Thomson park: the grass is so high in the playground sand area that kids can't use it.
There is trash stacked in the front yard it has been there for awhile. It will probably blow all over the place.
In the east-west alley between Morrison's appliance and Elm street, there is a problem with trees growing from private property and blocking the alley access with limbs.
THERE ARE BROKEN BLOCKS, LIMBS, TRASH, WEEDS ECT. ALL OVER THE PROPERTY.
This house appears vacant - there are broken beer bottles & trash in the yard - the grass needs mowed & the front porch is going to fall in.
