Vacant property owned by Thompson plant at the SW corner of Cherokee and Rogers St. has not been maintained all summer. High weeds just west of 815 Cherokee Drive.
Weeds are waist high: Turn onto Cherokee Drive, the house on the right, the lot behind the house needs mowed. The PSI sub-station on S. Rogers Street needs mowed. (Thompson factory use to mow this).
HIGH WEEDS NEED TO BE CUT DOWN, AS ITS A PROBLEM DUE TO WILD ANIMALS HANGING IN THEM. AS I SAW A GROUNDHOG COMING IN AND GOING IN THEM. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON ALL SUMMER.
THEIR FRONT AND SIDE YARD IS LIKE A JUNGLE OF WEEDS. NEEDS TO BE CUT DOWN AND MOWED. THEIR NAMES ARE STEVE AND TAMMY LEE, THE OWNERS.
Old furniture and debris on front porch, front lawn is unmowed.
Old vehicles and all kinds of junk, etc. around the house at 2421 S. Broadview Dr. Property is owned by George Crider.
House has been vacant since last summer. Occupants threw trash and boards from garage into back yard. Grass has not been mowed this year. House is an eyesore. Garage is falling down. Haven for rodents.
House has junkyard appearance, trash on front porch, old van & green station wagon in yard, neither have current license plate or run., grass unmowed. There are 2 or 3 apartments in house.
Garbage piling up and hypodermic needles have fallen out of bags at the rear of the property. Property is located at the daycare center (directly across from 625 W. Duncan).
Trash sitting at the side of the house is flying everywhere. Animals are digging through the bags.
