PLEASE CALL COMPLAINTANT BEFORE INSPECTION SO SHE CAN MEET WITH YOU. SHE SPOKE WITH HAND AND UTILITIES LAST WEEK ABOUT THIS. COMPLAINS THE ALLEY BEHIND 808 IS OVERGROWN; MOSQUITO & OTHER ANIMAL INFESTED; UGLY; UNSIGHTLY; A MESS; A WET BOG; AND A HEALTH ISSUE. THEY ARE ALSO HAVING SEWER PROBLEMS AS ROOTS FILL THE SEWER PIPE. (ENTERED BY ROBINSOR)
Streets referred this to us. They received a complaint about limbs in the alley -- they said the trees are in the property owner's yard and his responsibility. The alley runs N/S between Maxwell & 1st St.
High grass.
Yard not mowed; abandoned vehicle in the back yard; gutters full of debris.
The backyard has not been mowed.
The resident stated that the house on the corner of Park and University is a rental and the grass is approx. 18 inches tall. Caller stated that she believes that the house is owned by Elkins Rentals
ADDRESS APPROX: TIM REPORTS THAT A LARGE PORTION OF A TREE ON HENDERSON JUST NORTH OF THE INTERSECTION OF 1ST STREET HAS FALLEN AND IS BLOCKING THE SIDEWALK.
Weed over-growth. Property is at the S.W. corner of Woodlawn & 1st. It is now difficult to walk on the sidewalk.
Sherri Demming says this properties weeds are encroaching onto her property and coming over the fence. The property has changed ownership and agents, which at this time we do not know who the agent is. Alice Jwaideh owns this property.
