The lot/vacant land located behind 910 S. Manor Road needs mowed or bushhogged. Ms. Morris stated that this land is owned by the City according to Planning Dept.
There is a slope behind her house which borders a drainageway and Bryan Park. Invasive weeds are overgrown along this slope. Citizen was told by Planning Dept that this area is city property and should be maintained by city. She would like the weeds taken care of and for someone to call her one way or the other.
REPORTS THAT ABOUT A YEAR AGO THE NEIGHBOR AT 909 E UNIVERSITY CUT A BUNCH OF TREE BRANCHES ETC DOWN AND PILED IT AT THE BACK OF HIS GARAGE BUT ON THE PROPERTY OF 911 E UNIVERSITY. IT HAS ANIMALS IN IT AND IS STARTING TO DETERIORATE HIS GARAGE. WOULD LIKE IT REMOVED.
THERE IS A CAR ON BLOCKS IN THE DRIVEWAY, AND ANOTHER CAR PARKED IN FRONT OF THE HOUSE W/GRASS GROWING AROUND IT. THEY HAVE HIGH GRASS AND TRASH SITTING OUTSIDE.
GRASS IS TOO TALL. NEEDS TO BE MOWED.
Neighbor is complaining of grass. He also complained that garage is falling down and interior is molding. He doesn't live there.
THERE IS TRASH CANS AND RECYCLE BINS THAT SIT OUT ALL WEEK IN THE STREET.
GRASS IS 2 1/2 FT HIGH.
