The lot is behind and adjacent to 3209 Autumn Drive. The citizen stated the owner, who she thinks is Eric Stolberg, has maintained the lot for the past 5 years but has not done anything so far this year. She has contacted his office but has received no help. The grass is very high. She would like for someone to call her and let her know the status of the complaint.

South corner of the property has a railroad single and there is a big thicket of bushes at that single that obsecures it. Needs to be cut back or down. Right now you can partially see because there are no leaves, but it will be problematic in the spring.

I don't know if this should go under Title VI because it is tree limbs. The resident stated that the limbs came down in the storm a couple of weeks ago and are just laying in the yard. They are pretty big in size and are very unsightly.
