Residents have parties and throw bottles into the street (broken glass); trash cans are left on the sidewalk all the time; parking on the lawn.

Weeds blocking the sidewalk and line-of-sight. It is difficult to pull out of the drive-way at 522 W. Davis. Caller was unsure of the exact address.
The corner house on 4th and Jackson streets has fireplace logs in the middle of the sidewalk. They have been there now for over a week. Also, the house on Jackson, next door, the owner planted trees in the alley.
Neighbor states that resident leaves their trash/cans out on sidewalk for at least 2-3 days before trash pickup (which is on Fridays). The yard needs to be mowed and there is a car that is parked in the front yard all the time. The neighbor stated that the resident is new to the area and needs to know City policy on these issues.
The hedges are 10" over the sidewalk . Aller wants them off of the sidewalk completely.
They haven't mowed the grass or cut the weeds ( they are over a foot tall), they also have a recycle bin out on the sidewalk w/ trash around it.
Southwest corner of 9th and College has overgrown weeds and tree brances block the sidewalk.

Mr. Tim called to state that vegetation over growth covering the sidewalk. He veered into the street and was brushed by a car. Also Mr. Tim stated that there appeared to be broken glass on the sidewalk causing a safety hazard.
The empty lot to the East of 420 W. 2nd Street has trees/bushes overhanging onto the sidewalk. The trees/bushes are so overgrown they completely block this portion of sidewalk causing people to walk in the tree plot.
