The yard needs to be mowed and there is a car that is parked in the front yard all the time. The neighbor stated that the resident is new to the area and needs to know City policy on these issues.

The Public Works Department received a complaint from a gentleman stating that their are trees hanging over the sidewalk. He also reported that brush is blocking the sidewalk. The problems begin on East 3rd Street and continue on past the Allen Funeral Home.
