Excessive amount of garbage piled up in the alley behind this house. The garbage has been sitting there for a while now and needs to be removed as soon as possible.
Citizen says a tree has fallen in her yard which she thinks the city is responsible for, and also that her lot was skipped when trees were being planted, all her neighbors have them except her. Lee: This was a message & I haven't spoken w/her yet to get the full story. Would you let me know if this downed tree is ours? Also, I'm assuming the developer put in the trees in Kensington, not us? In the alley between Opie Taylor's and Ferris Market - trash, weeds and dead animals. People also use the alley as a bathroom facility.
Residents have parties and throw bottles into the street (broken glass); trash cans are left on the sidewalk all the time; parking on the lawn.
In the 2500 block on 3rd St. between Chi-Chi's Restaurante and Ellis Floral shop there are several trees that are too low and causes people to walk around them on the grass and/or in the street.
Overflowing dumpster at 416 N. Lincoln; now has trash in the alley.
Accumulation of trash.
There is old tile and trash in the yard. It has been there for over a year. The pile is getting bigger.
Alley at 422 E. University full of holes & needs repair. Brush pile behind 418 E. University still there. See letter.
