The entire apartment complex has 4 little garbage cans on wheels. This lack of trash disposal causes trash to overflow and blow everywhere, smells bad, draws rodents, etc. Apartment complex is managed by Abodes Management.

Caller says that this street has several violations: 2 houses have not mowed the yards; a dumpster has sit in front of one house for 3 months; a 20 foot boat has been parked on the street for weeks, etc. Ms Anderson would like the Compliance Officer to check out this area. She is concerned about accidents once the city constructs the round-about.
