The first alley east on Pine St. on West Kirkwood has lots of weeds, trees hanging over the alley which scrapes vehicles passing through, and a shed build on the City ROW. High weeds at High Street and Winslow Road are an annual concern. Whoever cuts the grass for the owner needs to be aware of the relay box and cables located on property, that sometimes get cut by mowers.
